Aishwarya brings over four years of experience as a Legal Consultant and holds a Master’s degree in Law. Her professional background includes working with several reputed law firms dealing with cross-border matters and serving as a research assistant to judicial officers.

She has extensive experience in handling complex legal matters across a broad spectrum of practice areas, including Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Personal Law. Aishwarya is highly skilled in drafting and reviewing various legal documents and contracts, including commercial agreements. Her expertise also encompasses corporate structuring, taxation, arbitration, and intellectual property matters. She regularly undertakes legal research and has a solid understanding of legal procedures and methodologies developed through her prior roles as a practicing lawyer and legal researcher.

Currently, she serves as a Legal Consultant at Althea & Jacobs, advising both national and international clients on a wide array of intellectual property issues. Her responsibilities include IP filings, enforcement, disputes, due diligence, and strategic advisory services. She is also actively engaged in corporate legal work such as contract drafting and revision, as well as handling wills and probate matters. Additionally, Aishwarya contributes to the firm’s capacity-building efforts by organizing legal trainings for enforcement bodies and stakeholders.
